Guidelines for World Domination from the Evil Overlord's Handbook:
When planning an expedition, I will choose a route for my forces that does not go through thick, leafy terrain conveniently located near the rebel camp.

Captains Personal Log, 200405.03 - ConfigSys.boy! @ 00:54, EST

We've got a new batch of updates over at the Starsiege site. We're showing off Cybrid weaponry mainly, but there are some other models and screenshots in the batch. It's not the entire update we intended either. We had to sideline a few items due to technical difficulties, and the rest of the shiny things should be en route later this week. So stay tuned, as they say. coldplay mp3 download, artists genres.

We're also closing in on aquisition of the Vengeance code. According to our overseers at Vivendi we should get access before the month is out. In conjunction with that we've had a few deadlines to meet and that has conspired with real life to sap a lot of the time and energy of our writing department. Things are proceeding well enough though, and we're happy with a lot of the decisions we've come to and the progress we've made. Delkin Devices DC30D-S

On a more personal note, Brassy and I took some time for ourselves today and sampled the musical performances of this years Jacksonville Jazz Festival. This remains one of my favorite things about living here in the 'First Coast,' as we call it. The weather was overcast with the rare drizzle this afternoon, but it managed to be cool and comfortable in spite of the puddles and humidity thanks to the ever present breeze off the river and mild 70 degree temps. The music was exceptional as always and the crowd was a lot of fun without being rowdy or rude. We missed Branford Marsalis yesterday, but did manage to catch George Benson this evening. The real highlite for us though was the Grover Washington tribute with Gerald Albright, Richard Elliot, Paul Taylor and Jeff Lorber. The four of them put on an outstanding show together and were hands down the act to beat today.

We took the river-taxi back and forth between Met Park and the Landing, enjoyed the cool air off the river and the music echoing off the water, and had dinner in an outdoor pavilion while listening to Sandoval. And Brassy sampled her first Funnel Cake while listening to Benson. All in all, a great afternoon and evening and easy on the pocketbook.

Thats about it from the home-front. Now it's off to find a good night's sleep and hopefully wrap up some key tasks for Starsiege tommorow morning.
